KB Squat to Upright Row

A Kettlebell squat to upright row – an awesome workout to get your butt and legs working, your core engaged, and your shoulders on fire!

*Keep your chest up

*Squat as low as you can while keeping body strong and steady

*You can squat, hold, row – one at a time – or you can hold your squat and do multiple rows!

*Your hands should come up to your chest and your elbows just slightly above your shoulders

I love incorporating multiple muscles! Let me know how you like this exercise!
