Zucchini Noodle Mix

A delicious, easy, and very healthy mix! I especially love this for breakfast with egg whites to start my day with a light, fresh, healthy meal!

This consists of:

-Zucchini noodles

-Bell peppers

-Tomatoes

-Pepper

-Lemon juice

*Easy to add any form of protein as well: egg whites, chicken, tofu, etc.
