Medicine Ball Slams

Doing medicine ball slams is a perfect way to engage muscles all over your body! Med ball slams work your shoulders and arms, they strengthen your core, and they burn your legs as you squat!

*Keep your chest up at all times – when throwing medicine ball down, when squatting, and when picking medicine ball up off of ground (bending over puts your back at risk for injury)

*Keep body strong and steady

*Engage core

*Throw medicine ball with power
