Resistance Band Side Squats

This is a great warm-up to do because it gets your body moving, thinking, working, and prepped for a workout. An awesome warm-up for leg day but also for any workout!

You can use different levels of resistance – using heavy resistance works the legs more and can definitely add a burn!
