Chest Fly with Powerband

This is a version of a chest fly I enjoy the most. It hits the spots I want to work, without too much pressure from lifting weights. I love using power bands because, in addition to feeling a burn, I also feel a great stretch and lengthening of my muscles.

Power bands, similar to resistance bands, are great because they help strengthen your bones and muscles while reducing joint pain. They can improve your speed of movement and make your body more elastic. They are light and portable and still give you a great workout!

*Keep chest high and upright

*Keep arms chest level

*Open hands steadily – stop opening once arms are aligned with shoulders

*Keep core tight

~I usually do 3 sets of 15 reps with a strong power band~
