Swiss Ball Reverse Crunch

Amazing ab workout! This exercise kills your core, improves your balance and stability, and can set your shoulders on fire!

*You can set a time limit for yourself to perform exercise, or count reps!

*Straighten legs then crunch in towards your chest – try not to go too high with your butt and try to keep your body steady and really engage your core.

*You can perform quick reps or also feel the burn with slow and steady (see in video).
