    So what would you say to a guy, with a metabolism doesnt seem to slow, who keeps trying to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle?

    1. Haha I would say to eat 3 additional meals a day (with all of your macros), double up protein, lift heavy til failure, and no more than 15 min of cardio a day!

    Looking for some great workouts! Mark usually tells me what to do but it’s all “guy stuff” he claims. Any great workouts geared toward girls? I’d prefer some great post preggo belly workouts, he’d prefer some leg and booty ones. Anything would be appreciated!!
