As I’ve mentioned, I’m a big fan of incorporating multiple muscles into single sets of exercises. TRX Training is also known as Suspension Training. It consists of bodyweight exercises that work on strength, balance, flexibility, and core stabilization all at the same time. A TRX band allows the user to leverage gravity and body weight.
Here I am taking advantage of the amazing TRX band by doing 2 biceps curls followed by 2 high rows.
*Keeping my body steady the whole time (engages my core), working my biceps by going from extending my arms and curling all the way up – to 2 back rows squeezing my shoulder blades as tight as I can at the end.
I did a total of 10 sets (1 set being 2 curls/2 rows – 20 reps total of each exercise).
