As you see, the nuts I purchase are “natural almonds.”
Natural/raw nuts are key! The processing of nuts can affect their nutritional benefits as they are heated in unhealthy fats and high temperatures can destroy their nutrients. Nuts provide healthy fats, fiber, plant sterols, and many vitamins and minerals; you wouldn’t want to lose any of that!
