KB Squat to Deadlift

A great exercise for legs, using a kettlebell (KB). Using your quads to sumo squat and your hamstrings to straight-leg dead lift. Keeping the legs and butt burning!

*Keep your back flat when doing your dead lift

*Keep your chest up during the squat – don’t lean forward – and go down low as far as you can to feel the burn

I usually do 3 sets with 12-15 reps of each exercise.
