I love TRX bands! TRX Training is also known as Suspension Training. It consists of bodyweight exercises that work on strength, balance, flexibility, and core stabilization all at the same time. A TRX band allows the user to leverage gravity and body weight. There are so many exercises to do with them and it is so easy to get creative.
This exercise is a great way to change-up a basic row.
*Keep your back straight the entire time, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top
*Lower yourself down, slow and steady, landing your entire back onto the ground at the same time.
I do 3 sets of 12 reps. Enjoy the burn 🙂
