High-Row with Lunge

Love this movement! Keeps your legs working even as you row.

*Make sure you squeeze your back tight at the end of the row, like, I’m sure you’ve heard before, you’re trying to hold a pencil between your shoulder blades

*Keep your legs at 90 degrees to ensure those muscles are burning!​

3 sets, 16-20 reps (8-10 each leg)

Keep in mind, this is a back exercise – so don’t worry as much about the reps as you do the weight for feeling the burn in your lats!
