Good Morning & Squat Combo

A great combination for quads and hammies! You can use as a light warm-up for your legs or go heavier for a real burn.

Here I used a 24 lb straight bar and did 10 squat reps on each side with a straight-leg good morning in between each squat.

*Keep your legs straight on your good morning to engage hamstrings

*Raise your torso back up when you feel your back start to arch
