Dumbbell Row

This is one of my favorite exercises for the back because it keeps you moving and busy and if you choose, you can bend your torso lower to engage your hamstrings!

I like to alternate my hand position, as you can see, to engage multiple back muscles and to keep myself moving and focused on form as I work.

*Make sure to keep your back flat and squeeze your shoulder blades together as tight as possible with each rep (like you’re trying to squeeze a pencil in-between your shoulder blades).
