This is my go-to salad when I want a filling meal!
-Chicken (with lemon juice and pepper added on near the end of the bake)
Some great additional options I also tend to include are (tuna instead of chicken), avocado, mushrooms, sliced almonds, and diced strawberries!
Whatever veggies you prefer, chop them up and add them in to the yummy lemon pepper chicken and enjoy.
Dressings can be very fatty and high in calories. Therefore, I mix red wine vinegar with balsamic vinegar for my dressing. Barely any calories but also provides a sweet, light, fresh taste on top of the ingredients!
