Inch Worm

This is a great full-body warm-up! You can do it in-place or inch across a room. This is my favorite warm-up to do to wake myself up and get my muscles moving a bit.

*If you want to stay in-place, you will simply inch down with your hands, then inch your hands back into your feet before standing in-place.
